***Orders shipping UPS, PM or Fed EX (No First Class)***


Scenario A: The account called never received their order, which was shipped UPS/PM (Priority Mail)/FedEx.

The account insists it was not received even if tracking shows delivery.

 

Scenario B: The account received a box with missing products where the box was tampered with/damaged. The Research Team will file a claim with UPS/FEDEX/PM (Postal Office).
