Must notify Safilo within 30 days of the invoice date.
Scenario A: The account states on their invoice that Kate Spade cases were missing (listed on the invoice).
Scenario B: The account received a damaged case(s) or the wrong case(s).
Scenario C: The case is NLA on the invoice.
Scenario D: Cases canceled due to backorder.
Please Note: **If the customer states the frame is also missing, please open the ticket as “Partial Frame Shortage.”**
