Step 1: Go to https://safilogroup-help.freshdesk.com/support/login
Step 2: Enter Safilo login credentials (i.e. firstname.lastname@safilogroup.com) for user ID and Windows password
Step 3: Check “Remember me on this computer”
Step 4: Click “Login”.
Or
Step 5: Click “Are you an Agent? Login here”
Step 6: Click “Sign in with SSO”
Log in is complete!
