Canned Responses

When chatting, you can bring up a canned response to reply to a commonly asked topic/question or provide a greeting/closing.

Select the  icon, then the icon for Canned Responses

Select/search the category for the topic.

Select “View” to see the full response.

Select “Add” to insert response into chat.

Hit enter or “Send”.

You can also select canned responses by hitting “/category” if you know the response (i.e. /greeting, /return, etc.).

Some frequently used:

/greeting – Greeting

/closing – Closing conversation

/return – Return policy

/standby – One moment/padding responses
