How To Create a Research Ticket

Step 1: Log into Freshdesk.


Step 2: Click on the Safilo Group Image.  


Step 3: From your Dashboard click on the (red plus) symbol on the left side of the page. 



Step 4: Fill in all required fields as indicated. 



Step 5: Select the appropriate research ticket type. (Please refer to the Research Scenario Training Articles if needed). 



Step 6: Fill in all required fields. (The box will be highlighted red for all required spaces)



Step 7: The next page will allow you to put any additional information you feel necessary. 



Step 8: Click 'Create Ticket".  You will be given a research ticket number to provide to the customer.
